Consignment means that we will sell your items for you. We don’t own your items. We have an agreement (contract) to sell your items and pay you a percentage of selling price after your items sell. When you consign with us with are partners. We will price your items as high as possible and still make them a marketable item. You will be able to check your account online at any time.
(Wikipedia definition) Consignment is the act of consigning, the act of giving over to another person or agent’s charge, custody or care any material or goods but retaining legal ownership until the material or goods are sold. That may be done for the purpose of shipping the goods, transferring the goods to auction or intending the goods to be placed on sale in a store (a consignment store).
The verb “consign” means “to send” and therefore the noun “consignment” means “sending goods to another person”. In the case of “retail consignment” or “sales consignment” (often just referred to as a “consignment”), goods are sent to the agent for the purpose of sale. The ownership of these goods remains with the sender. The agent sells the goods on behalf of the sender according to instructions. The sender of goods is known as the “consignor” and the agent entrusted with the custody and care of the goods is known as the “consignee“.

We make collecting your earnings easy and convenient. Stop by during any store hours to pick up your payment—we love paying our consignors! For accounts under $100, you can choose to receive cash. Consignor balances of $100 or more are paid out by check/direct deposit during the first week of each month. Checks will be available at the front counter. If you haven’t picked it up after 30 days, we’ll mail it to your address on file. For added convenience, we also offer ACH direct deposit, which saves you a trip to the bank (subject to a $2.50 fee). Or, if you prefer, when you opt for in-store credit, you will enjoy an extra 10% added to your earnings (available in-store only).

Yes. We do accept consignments from out-of-state customers. However, due to shipping costs, this option is typically most effective for luxury items such as designer handbags, accessories, and select high-end pieces.
To help ensure your items are a good fit before shipping, we offer a pre-approval process. Simply submit photos of your items using our consignment form, and our team will review them for eligibility. This helps avoid unnecessary shipping expenses for items that may not be selected.
Due to the high volume of inventory we handle, we are unable to offer pickups for items priced at $35 or less. During the 60 consignment period, we take every effort to sell your items—placing them on nice hangers, organizing them by size and category, advertising, and promoting them with various sales. By the end of this period, we believe we’ve exhausted all opportunities to sell these items, and it is not cost-effective for us to invest additional time and resources into them.
If you have consigned items priced over $35 that do not sell and you wish to have them returned, please contact us during the last week of your consignment period. We will pull those items and hold them for you to pick up.
