📘 Shipping Policies

Combined Shipping Policy

Selective Seconds offers a 7-day Combined Shipping Window to help customers save on shipping costs.

  • Your first order starts a 7-day window and includes the $8.99 combined shipping fee.
  • For the next 6 days, any add-on orders will automatically have the shipping fee removed at checkout.
  • All orders in your window will ship the day after the combined shipping window closes.
  • If no additional orders are placed, your first order ships as normal.

Your combined shipping window automatically resets once your shipment leaves or when a new first order is placed.

Standard Shipping Policy

If you prefer your order to ship individually, Standard Shipping is available.

  • $8.99 flat-rate shipping applies to each order.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays or special events.
  • Standard Shipping cannot be combined with future orders.

Local Pickup Policy — Greenwood, IN

Customers may choose free in-store pickup.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout.
  • Pickup Location:

  • You will receive an email or text when your order is ready.
  • Orders should be picked up within 7 days of notification.

Processing Times

  • Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays, holidays, or high-volume periods such as tent sales or large live shows).
  • Combined Shipping orders are processed and shipped after the window closes.

Shipping Locations

Selective Seconds currently ships within the United States only.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer may choose to have the order re-shipped for an additional shipping fee, or
  • The order may be refunded minus shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged items may require photo documentation.

🌱 Sustainable Shipping Practices

As part of our Reduce • Reuse • Recycle philosophy, Selective Seconds frequently ships using gently used cardboard boxes from Amazon and other retailers.

This helps reduce waste, minimize environmental impact, and keep shipping costs affordable for our customers.
